Is this a subscription?
No. Every Centuris product is a one-time payment per machine. The license is yours to keep — no recurring fees.
Where is my data stored?
On your machine. Your business data lives in an encrypted local database and is never transmitted to us.
What happens when I change computers?
Licenses are transferable. Verify your purchase email in the transfer portal and move the license to the new machine. An emergency option exists if the old computer is inaccessible.
Are updates included?
Yes — free updates within the same major version.
What support do I get?
Email support in English and Arabic. We respond within two business days.
How do I pay from Egypt?
